Special Meeting
Meeting Minutes
Call to Order: A special meeting of the Bucks County Consortium was held at Warwick Township on June 8, 2009 and called to order by Mr. Tieperman at 9:30 a.m.
Roll Call and Introductions: The following Bucks County communities were represented at the meeting:

Eileen Bradley, New Britain Township

Joe Czajkowski, Newtown Township
Jim Majewski, Lower Makefield Township
Terry Fedorohak, Lower Makefield Township
Vivian Bell, Warrington Township
Robert Pellegrino, Northampton Twp.
Bill Cmorey, Bensalem Township
John Davis, Doylestown Borough
Gail Weniger, Warwick Twp.
Andrea Coaxum, Perkasie Borough
Ted Taylor, Lower Southampton Township
Melissa Shafer, Chalfont Borough

Presentation:
Mr. Pellegrino introduced Steven Hann to the group. Mr. Hann gave information on his education and experience in dealing with stormwater issues. He also detailed some of the other municipalities and authorities that he has or is currently representing in the area. His presentation was followed by a question and answer session.
Mr. Cjazkowski made a motion to hire Steve Hann to represent the Bucks County Consortium with a maximum spending limit of $3,000. The motion was seconded by Mr. Davis. Motion carried.
Mr. Tieperman asked for volunteers to comprise a small group that could more closely discuss issues and make comments on behalf of the group.
Adjournment
Mr. Pellegrino made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:50 a.m. This motion was seconded by Mr. Cjazkowski. Motion carried.
