Meeting Minutes
Call to Order: A meeting of the Bucks County Consortium was held at Doylestown Country Club on November 6, 2008 and called to order by Mr. Tieperman at11:30 a.m.

Approval of Minutes -October 2, 2008
Mr. Czajkowski made a motion, seconded by Mr. Pellegrino, to approve the Minutes 2 of October, 2008. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report and Payment of Bills
Ms. Bell presented the Treasurer’s Report for the month of October 2008. A motion was made by Mr. Davis and seconded by Mr. Pellegrino, to approve the Treasurer’s Report for October 2008. Motion carried.
Presentation: Liam Brickely, Chief Operating Officer of Citizens Bank
Mr. Brickley gave a presentation about the current credit crisis and spoke about how this will affect businesses/municipalities in the present and the future.
Presentation: Ron Matthew, President of the Greater Philadelphia Market of Commerce Bank
Mr. Matthew gave a presentation about the current economic conditions and future economic forecasts and also spoke about what townships should be looking to do in this current economic state.
Presentation: Jim Hunt, Berkheimer Associates
Mr. Hunt gave a presentation on the current conditions of the tax market and spoke about what municipalities could expect in revenue from their real estate taxes for the next couple of years.

Mr. Pellegrino made a motion, seconded by Mr. Czajkowski, to adjourn the meeting at 12:45 p.m. Motion carried.
