Thursday, May 1, 2008 Meeting Minutes Call to Order: A meeting of the Bucks County Consortium was held at Chalfont Borough on May 1, 2008 and called to order by Mr. Tieperman at 9:40 a.m. Roll Call and Introductions: The following Bucks County communities were represented at the meeting: Bill Cmorey – Bensalem Township Also in attendance: Brian Jeter – Comcast Approval of Minutes - April 3, 2008 Mr. Pellegrino made a motion, seconded by Mr. Vey, to approve the Minutes of 3 April 2008. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report and Payment of Bills Mrs. Tieperman reported that the Treasurer’s Report for the month of April 2008 would be presented at the next meeting. Presentation: PEG TV and Web Dynamics – How to improve PEG programming and interfacing between PEG and Web-based technology by Dan Cohen and Evan Wimer Dan Cohen of Cohen Law Group introduced Evan Wimer of Innermedia, Inc. Innermedia, Inc. specializes in providing municipalities with dynamic, localized, broadcast-quality programming on the PEG channels. Mr. Wimer presented a PowerPoint presented to the membership. He discussed how updated technology can provided important messages in minutes to the community, localized news, weather and other information, and how the PEG channel can be updated through the use of a computer.
