Meeting Minutes
Call to Order: A meeting of the Bucks County Consortium was held at Doylestown Borough on March 6, 2008 and called to order by Mr. Tieperman at 9:35 a.m.
Roll Call and Introductions: The following Bucks County communities were represented at the meeting:

Approval of Minutes - February 7, 2008
Mr. Fournier made a motion, seconded by Mr. Pellegrino, to approve the Minutes of 7 February 2008. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report and Payment of Bills
Mr. Tieperman presented the Treasurer’s Report for the month of February 2008. A motion was made by Mr. Granger and seconded by Mrs. Mason, to approve the Treasurer’s Report for February 2008. Motion carried.
Bucks County PECO Representative
Mr. Theodore Dorand introduced himself to the membership. He has recently been employed by PECO as the External Affairs Manager for Bucks County. His contact information is as follows: phone - 1-215-956-3082, e-mail - theodore.dorand@peco-energy.com.
Presentation: Supervisor and Manager Relations by Richard Manfredi
Mr. Richard Manfredi of Manfredi, LLC presented. Mr. Manfredi spoke to the membership about
Supervisor and Managers Relations. He began his presentation with a brief bio of himself and his
many roles within municipally government. His discussion then was outlined as follows: roles of the
supervisor and manager, the relationship between the two positions, communication, ethics, and a question and answer session.

Adjournment Mr. Czajkowski made a motion, seconded by Mr. Tate, to adjourn the meeting at 11:00 a.m. Motion carried.
