Theodore D. Dorand, AICP
Ted Dorand is currently Manager of External Affairs for PECO in Bucks County. He has been a PECO employee for fourteen years. Prior to his current position, Mr. Dorand was a Regional Director in the Economic and Business Development Department at PECO. Mr. Dorand was responsible for the attraction of new commercial office and industrial development to the City of Philadelphia, Chester County and Delaware County. Prior to joining PECO in 1996, Mr. Dorand served as an Assistant Vice President with BCM Engineers, Inc. In that capacity, Mr. Dorand managed the delivery of infrastructure and environment planning services to BCM private and public sector clients, such as the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Northern Division and PennDOT.
Mr. Dorand is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lower Bucks Chapter of the American Red Cross and is a member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. He is also a former, two-term Township Supervisor of Towamencin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, having also served on the Towamencin Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board. Mr. Dorand holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College and a Master of Arts degree in Government from Lehigh University.
Christopher Campbell

Chris has been with TD Equipment Finance (TDEF) and its predecessor, Commerce Commercial Leasing since 2006. With over 25 years in the equipment finance industry, his experience has included sales, sales management, vendor programs and financing small and middle ticket transactions.
He has worked for private and public equipment finance companies, bank equipment finance arms, and owned his own leasing company for 5 years.
Chris graduated from St. Lawrence University with a BA in government and earned his MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He is married with 3 children.
TDEF, a subsidiary of TD Bank, focuses on middle market lease transactions from $100,000 to $10MM. Particular strength has been in providing lease solutions for government/municipal entities, higher education & healthcare institutions, and manufacturing.
