    • CKS Engineers will be giving an update on the NPDES Stormwater Permitting Program. They will give an informational presentation concerning the anticipated changes in the NPDES Stormwater Permitting Program.
    • David A. Weinstein, Esquire of Archer & Greiner, P.C. and David B. Thompson of Phoenix Advisors, LLC will be making a presentation. Mr. Thompson will speak about the current state of the municipal bond market, the municipal bond rating situation and other issues. Mr. Weinstein will speak about Archer & Greiner Firm’s capability in handling bond work for municipalities.
