Guest Speaker/Topic Information:

Brad Remig is a Managing Director and joined Public Financial Management in 1990. His main area of responsibility is to provide financial advisory services to local governments in Pennsylvania, with a focus on school & municipal finance, and water and wastewater finance. His areas of expertise lie in the areas of new money, current period and advance refunding bond issues, interest rate swaps, and bank and bond pool loans.

Randy Lawlace has over twenty-five years experience with tax-exempt finance.  Mr. Lawlace provides investment banking and financial advisory services to school districts, intermediate units, townships, boroughs and other municipal issuers throughout Pennsylvania.  He also heads the Local Government Investment Consulting (LOGIC) program that provides a comprehensive independent consulting service designed to assist school districts and local governments in the safe investment of public funds.
