Guest Speaker/Topic Information:

Dave Woglom is currently the Associate Director for Public Service at the Lafayette College Meyner Center in Easton, PA.  The Meyner Center offers training, service, and other assistance to local government in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  As the Associate Director, Dave can provide many different kinds of assistance to municipalities, including administrative and financial studies, labor contract negotiation representation, salary and benefit studies, executive search services for Managers or Department Heads, and grant application and administration.  Prior to coming to the Meyner Center approximately one year ago, Dave was the Borough Manager in Quakertown for 20 years.  He also has served as the Borough Manager in Hatboro and in Fountain Hill, a suburb of Bethlehem.
