Guest Speaker/Topic Information:

James Jones – President/CEO of QSI Consulting. He will present a proposal introduced by Bensalem Township in January of this year. The proposal “identifies potential minority and women candidates for police officer vacancies (by using an outside agency that) would conduct a training program to prepare them for the Consortium police test and provide in-depth information as to the recruitment process in various departments”.  

Linda Costa – Executive Director of PACOG (Pennsylvania Council of Governments). She will present on the activities and programs that are offered by the organization. The Bucks County Consortium has been a member of this organization for several years.
