Guest Speaker/Topic Information:
Peirce Eichelberger - Mr. Eichelberger is the GIS Manager for Chester County and past president of URISA (Urban and Regional Information Systems Association). He will explain how Chester County partners with its local governments for GIS.
Matt Martini – Mr. Martini of ESRI GIS Mapping and Software will discuss establishing GIS.
Bill Brokaw – Mr. Brokaw is the Director of Geospatial Services for the Heritage Conservancy. He has over 20 years of experience as an environmental and engineering consultant serving both public and private organizations. He has taught geographic information systems (GIS) application courses at both Rutgers University and Penn State and has published GIS-related papers in several publications. |
