Guest Speaker Information

Mr. Cleaver of DEP will discuss and answer questions related to Act 537 – the “Sewage Facilities Act”.

Mr. DiGagni & Mr. Connell of CKS Engineers will discuss MS4-NPDES II & the Local Government Act 537 Role. Mr. Connell is president and one of the founders of CKS Engineers, Inc., and Mr. DiGagni is the principal engineer for two CKS clients and the manager of a nine-person design group.
